Stacy L. Hughes  
        N.Y.S.L.M.T. & C.E.S.M.T.

A New York State Licensed Therapeutic Massage Therapist.  She completed her
training in various modalities of massage therapy including Swedish, myofacial release, 
reflexology, sports, Neuro-muscular Therapy, Energy Palpation, Shiatsu, Connective 
Tissue and Chair Massage at the Finger Lakes School of Massage, Ithaca , NY .  
Studies in Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology were included in her training.  
She has completed training in Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki. 

She has an E.M.T. background, E.K.G. Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, holds a 
CPR Certification and worked for many years at Slocum-Dickson Medical Group 
which helped her greatly in her studies.  Because of her love for animals she went 
one step further and became a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist, 
Certified at EQUISSAGE, Inc.  She also completed the American Red Cross 
Pet First Aid & CPR Course.

Massage, when done with skilled hands and a good understanding of anatomy can bring balance and well-being to everyone's busy life.
